Group Fitness Classes

These group classes are not a substitute for individualized physical therapy. If you are experiencing pain, pelvic floor symptoms, or have specific concerns about your postpartum recovery, individualized evaluation may be appropriate.

Pregnancy Exercise Classes

Stay strong. Keep moving. Prepare your body for the journey ahead.

Exercise is an important part of a healthy pregnancy, and strength training can provide meaningful benefits for both parent and baby.

These classes provide pregnancy-informed strengthening and conditioning to help you maintain mobility, build strength, and support your body's changing needs throughout pregnancy. You'll work toward maintaining function and preparing your body for the physical demands of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.

Classes are designed for all fitness levels and all stages of pregnancy, with modifications and progressions provided so you can meet your body where it is.

If you are experiencing significant pain, have been advised to restrict activity, or have a pregnancy complication that may affect your ability to exercise, individualized physical therapy care may be more appropriate before participating in a group exercise class.

Postpartum Exercise Classes

A space to move, strengthen, and reconnect with your body—at your own pace.

No expectations. No competition. Just movement, guidance, and a community of mothers moving alongside you.

Every class includes options for modifications and progressions, allowing you to make the workout work for your body and your current stage of recovery.

Designed and led by a pelvic health physical therapist, these classes bring evidence-informed movement and strength training into a supportive group setting, with modifications and progressions to help you meet your body where it is.
